Why it’s important to speak up about mental health #TimeToTalk

Did you know? Approximately *1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year. And yet there is still a significant amount of stigma attached to the condition. This #TimeToTalk day, we want to change that. We want to encourage people living with a mental health condition to speak up; we need to make more of an effort to normalise mental health conversations because our attitudes to mental health could change someone’s life.
